Business Fleet System

The script will spawn dispatch peds for each depot location configured for the business

The player will be able to spawn configured vehicles via the menu shown after they interact with the dispatch ped

Once they select their chosen vehicle it will spawn at the current depot location with a full tank of fuel

The player can then return the vehicle at any point by driving it inside the configured return zone (intuitive to create this right in front of the configured depot ped)

You can add as many businesses as you like

Each business can access as many vehicles as you like

Each business can have as many depots as you like

NEW system where you can limit each player to only have access to one of a specific vehicle (configurable per vehicle)
